Michigan Divest is a grassroots volunteer organization of individuals across the State of Michigan dedicated to organizing for a free Palestine by demanding that our state divest taxpayer funds from Israel.
Our work is inspired by the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions Movement (BDS).
Our organization formed in September 2024, as we built a campaign to demand that the State of Michigan Retirement System divest from Israel Bonds.
